Delaware runs its assessments under one umbrella, the Delaware System of Student Assessments, but the mathematics students see changes shape partway through: a Smarter Balanced-style adaptive test in grades 3–8, then the SAT as the high school measure. Those two tests reward different things — the first adapts to the student, the second is a fixed, timed, calculator-split paper. MathQuizily helps Delaware teachers build printable practice for both halves of that path, with complete answer keys for fast review.

Delaware standards and state testing
Delaware Mathematics Standards
Delaware's mathematics standards follow the Common Core structure: grade-specific expectations from Kindergarten through grade 8, then high school mathematics organized into conceptual categories such as Algebra, Functions, Geometry, and Statistics and Probability.
Adaptive in grades 3–8, fixed-form on the SAT
A computer-adaptive test adjusts difficulty as a student answers, while the SAT gives every student the same questions under time pressure. Printable practice with a fixed set of ten questions and a stated difficulty balance is useful preparation for the second, and useful diagnosis for the first.
A small state with a shared high school target
Because Delaware uses the SAT statewide rather than a set of end-of-course exams, Algebra 1, Geometry and Algebra 2 teachers are all preparing students for the same eventual assessment. Practice can therefore emphasise problem solving and data analysis alongside course content.
