Perpendicular

Definition
Perpendicular means meeting or crossing at a right angle (90°). Two perpendicular lines form an "L" shape.
💡Example
The corner of a square or rectangle shows perpendicular lines. On a coordinate plane, y = 2x and y = −½x are perpendicular (their slopes multiply to −1).
