Definition
Area measures the amount of space inside a two-dimensional shape. It is measured in square units (cm², m², in², ft²). Different shapes have different area formulas.
💡Example
Rectangle: A = length × width. A 5m × 3m rectangle has area = 15 m². Triangle: A = ½ × base × height. Circle: A = πr². Square: A = side².
