Storage duration

Mathquizily saves your personal information such as username, name, email address and user description as long as you use the service, and 18 months after you have stopped using the service, unless you request to have the information deleted early. After this time, your personal data will be deleted - which also means that your user account can no longer be used. IP addresses are deleted 18 months after you stop accessing the service from the IP address.

The information collected such as your name, e-mail address, class, school and other information that you enter when you register with Mathquizily. We do not collect or handle social security numbers.

If the person is under the age of 18, we must obtain consent for certain handling of personal data by the guardian/guardian. By accepting the terms of the agreement, the user confirms that the custodian/keeper has approved the storage of the information provided. MathQuizily allows the creation of math tests and worksheets without requiring student accounts. The generated PDF documents do not contain any personal student data.

No collection of student data

No personal data of students is collected when using the AI math generator. The generated worksheets and tests are anonymous documents that teachers can use at their own discretion.

Use in schools

For use in schools and educational institutions, we recommend:

8. AI-generated content

Use of AI services

MathQuizily uses artificial intelligence to generate math problems and tests. The following data is processed when using the AI generator:

  • Selected grade level and topics
  • Difficulty level and task format
  • No personal data of students

The processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR for the performance of the user agreement. The generated content is processed temporarily for the creation of the PDF documents.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Mathquizily, unrestricted at your discretion, may make changes to the Privacy Policy. When we make significant changes to the Privacy Policy, we will send you a clear message based on what is appropriate with respect to the circumstances, e.g. by displaying a clear message in the Service or by emailing the user 14 days prior.
